drain oil, remove clutch cover, remove pressure plate via five or 6 screws and springs. carefully pull the clutches out and stack them in the exact order they were stacked in the clutch basket.
be sure to get the order right when you stack the new clutches in or you'll have serious issues with it. reinstall pressure and all screws and springs. careful not to strip out the screws.
next check the pressure plate clearance. make sure that the pressure plate tight against the clutches but the pressure plate still can be pushed away from the clutches by pulling the clutch lever.
if not then you'll have to adjust the rod that goes through the center of the clutch basket. it has a nut on it and a phillips drive in the end of the rod.
while holding the nut, turn the rod using a phillips screwdriver, turning it to the left will allow the pressure to be tighten against the clutch plates tighter causing it to engage the clutch better. turning it the other way will allow it to disengage the clutch more. make your adjustments in moderation. don't go nuts or you'll have it out of whack.
