I bought my grandson a Honda clone ATV this past Xmas from Wangli Mfg. It has less than 10 hours on the motor and it wouldn't start worth a darn until I pulled the carb off it and found the main jet completely clogged with a cement-like sediment. I had an extremely small diameter drill bit and used it to open up the clog passages and used compressed air to blow the ports out. The metering jet has 5 grooves in it's head. It is set for the 3rd/middle groove. It starts up good but it refuses to idle unless I physically hold the throttle open. I've tried with little success to adj the lean/rich mix and idle screws and the only thing that seems to work is shutting off the fuel petcock until it is barely cracked open. I suspect I may have inadvertenly opened up the port in the jet when I was using the drill bit. So could anyone tell me where I can obtain a set of jet(s) for this carb? Oh yeah...which screw is the lean/rich and which is the idle adj screw? The owners manual is lacking in detail and definition as to location and manner in adjustments.

Just a tad bit more info on the Jengke carb problem. The motor is a 110cc Honda clone, as I as, and I said the metering "jet" has 5 adjustment grooves. What I meant to say was the metering "rod". Anyone got any leads as to where you can obtain a repair manual for these motors? Doing a Google search turned up the company and after sending an email to their company, I got a message several days later saying the company refuses to accept emails or their computers are turned off.
