i have a 96 suzuki quad king.the problem im having is it seems to be getting to much gas(spitting out carb)if i turn it over for 10 min.strait it will start and runs good but if i shut it off for 2 min. i have the same problem,also i can only start it with the air box off if i put the air box on it wont start at all(no air filter)iv pulled the carb. apart and cleaned it but not sure if jet is set right or the air to fuel mixture is right.if anyone might be able to help.......... so i wont have to break out my B.F.H thank you

check the compression.
also check the diaphram in the top of the carb.

i have check the diaphram about 20 times i was told that the slider pin(not sure of the proper name)might be worn,so adjusted that by moving the c clip into a different slot their are 5 slots total on the pin and i tried the all.in all because its tapered i figured that would help but it didnt.
