I have a 1999 sportsman 500.It starts ok but does not seam to go over approx. 1500 rpm. I have a new stator, cdi, the cam was worn down on the exhaust lobe. I put a new one. It seems like there is a rpm limiter cutting the spark. Can someone help. Thank You
