im thinking about getting a 1984 yz490 but im scared because i keep reading nothing but bad reviews saying there hard to start and this problem that problem somebody please give me some help this bike wasnt assembled til 1994 and ive never seen one in such good condition i mean this things damn near brand new still so please help me out thanks  

just do regular maintenance when it is needed and you wont have many problems with it.  

cool ill have to upload a few pics to show this vintage best off its really in great shape oh yeah and the blaster i have is running so quick its unbelevable killing the 300exs its funny to see there face i cant to go with the 490 and smoke them 400s thanks for the advice
