I have looked over the wiring and cant fond any breaks where it could be shorting out. But every so often while ridding the fuse will blow. I have tried multiple types of fuses ranging from 5 to 35 and every one blows. the odd thing is that it will blow some times and not others. I don't know what else to check. any suggestions??????

If it blows a 35 fuse, that is huge! You are looking for some kind of short to ground that is intermitant. Meaning hard to find. Look for some sort of pinch, wires being chaffed, rubbing on ?, or simply exposed. Whatever it is, it most likely will be at a rubbing point.
Try to identify what you where doing when it blew the fuse. This could help you as well. Did it happen on jumps only, when the lights are ON, or only when hitting rough terrain? All this can give you clues as to where the most likely problem is. Jumping would affect suspension areas where rough terrain would affect areas of the wire harness being secured to the frame(clips) and lights, well the extra load can point you in a direction of backfeed or the short coming from the extra juice of the lights being turned on.
Take your time and have fun with it, these little problems are great learning experiences. Cheers!
