Looking for torque sequence and spec for cylinder head for 2000 Suzuki LT80.  Anyone know where to get the info without buying the factory service manual?

i don't think you have a torque pattern,  there should be only four bolts for the cylinder, I rebuilt the top end on one about a month ago, i think the torque was around 10 foot pounds or 20 inch pounds if you are using an inch pound torque wrench.

it shouldn't be too terribly difficult, i have tightened alot of 50cc and 80cc engines without a torque wrench even. just good and tight by hand without stripping or breaking the the head bolts.

The torque I been using is 17 foot pounds(204inch lbs.). I recomend you use a torque wrench on all engine parts especialy the head. and a good thing to practice doing is after you get the head all torqued down ride the machine for a while then double check the torque. I have found that 9 out of 10 times the nuts had loosend up. good luck
