and i couldn't agree more.

Now iam not an afficianado (don't even think spelled that word correctly)
on the side x side but i have ridden the rhino.
it seems to me if you push the limits of your machine then eventually you are going to have an accident, and if you put in-experienced or under-aged riders on the machine then people tend to get hurt.

so many parents think that warning labels are there as just a suggestion

i don't believe that Yamaha should be penalized for the lack of judgement of the adult or parent.

and the attorneys are all too hungry these days for the fast buck.

we have even seen a few of them post on here.
