i have a 99 bear tracker i was having problems with it starting so i put a new battery and a plug in and it started a few times and now it wont start again its getting plenty of fuel spark was weak so i put a new coil on it now i only get spark if i'm on the throttle but still wont start not even with starting fluid now what???????????
