i went riding with my dad one day got back to camp then later tried to startit up to go again, but it wouldnt start. dad wiggled the plug wire then it started up. since then, it hasnt started for me.I changed the CDI box,tried a different starter coil, spark plug is still good, i've checked over all the necessary wiring and still can't get a spark.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE  

I'm having very similar problems with my 2000 Grizzly 600. My mechanic says he has it narrowed down to either the cdi box or the stator. Says he has ordered a manual(been ordered for 2 weeks)so he can check the ohm readings on the stator. I'm trying to find someone that can tell me which wires to check and the ohm reading ranges to check it. He says the cdi and the stator both cost over $300 each and they won't take um back if we don't need them. I've said all this to say it might be the stator.  

make sure the battery is connected correctly and works then try the kill switch i had the same problem with me recon  

iv'e got a 1984-1985 200x three wheeler it's not getting spark in tired of waisting my time and money and for it just to sit there i've had it at honda nad they suck! iv'e replaced the cdi a couple diffrent coils in the stator and i think i've found the problem in the kill switch. but not sure anyone have a clue? and were could i find a repair manual?  

if you are looking for stater coils call this guy in canada mine was gonna be over 450$ through yahama and I bought a new one through this guy for 150.00 the phone number is 819-838-1395 the business is called rmstate so if ya need a new one hopefully this guy can save ya a few ***  

Was the stator OEM or an aftermarket part?  

Iam not for sure if its OEM or not but it comes with a 1 yr warranty it will be here monday so wont know for sure until I get it then will let ya know
