I have as 2000 Honda Rancher 350 2x4 and noticed last winter that my manual pull ckoke would sometimes freeze up. Just started my yearly tune-up and found the choke will not pull out out all. I have to manually used the push-primer underneath to start it. I cant find where the choke actually goes into the engine/carb. I was hoping some WD-40 would help....any suggestions.  I hate to go to a dealer and be raked over the coals.  Thanks
