you have a dead short some were on your warrior and it has already destroyed your solenoid and what is happing is the dead short is causing juice to go through your solenoid and through your groung wire and when it does that it is hitting your harnes connect were the ground wire is bolted on to and it is causing an overload on the ground wire which is causing it to heat up and almost melt check all of your wires look very closly at your wires the slightest naked place on one of your wires will cause it and also you will need to buy a new solenoid hope you find the dead short

It's possible that your starter is dragging also(possibly caused by the solenoid or vice/versa). Check w/ a local dealer or mechanic to see if they can check it out for you (you may be able to take it off yourself and take it to them to save $). Also check all of your grounds, make sure they are not rusted, or the studs aren't broken or cracked(welded type). Dont install that new solenoid or starter until you check those closely, or you'll be buying them again.
