Remove lower control arm. Take off brake assembly. Remove retaining nut from axle. Lift spindle and remove axle. Forcefully pull on axle to remove from diff. Remove clamps from CV boot. Put axle assembly in vice with CV boot to be removed pointed down. With a rubber mallet, tap CV boot assembly. Mine came off in my hand without any problem. Hope this helps everyone else who is having this problem. This advice came from a Honda mechanic.
