My warrior wont idle and when you try to give it throttle it cuts out. It also wont start unless you have the choke pulled out even a little. I replaced all seals in the carb and the needle and seat and the diaphram. Pulling my hair out on it ???????

ahh your carb is lean
turning the fuel/air mixture screw to the left will add more fuel to the mixture. Mark where the screw is setting originally and make 1/4 turn adjustments letting it run for a few minutes between. and keep up with how many 1/4 turns you make.
however you should try to find out why it's too lean.
maybe the carb needs to be cleaned out which is usually the case.
but if someone has tinkered with the fuel/air mixture then i would look there.
to inspect the carb remove it from the atv and remove the four screws from the bowl on the bottom. look into the bowl see if there is debris or trash. if so clean it out.
also using a wire bread tie with the plastic melted away.(do not melt the plastic around gasoline) or use a .10 guitar string. run the wire through the jets tomake sure they aren't clogged.
next remove the float assembly by pulling the pin. be carefuel not to lose the needle valve that will fall out when you pull the floats out.
inspect the floats for wear or holes, and inspect the needle valve and the housing it came out of for trash.
once done reassemble and and re-install the carb.
