Hello everyone,

I have a 360 workhorse and its been giving me hell. I work on a farm and have been given this quad as transport and work assistance, the problem is the owner has had it in and out of the dealer that many times without them actually fixing the problems he has lost all faith in them.

I have a limited amount of mechanical skill and since I got it ive done an oil/air filter change replaced the rear sway-bar retaining bolts and changed the transmition belt.

The problems are...
1. when I start it the quads warning light flashes for me to (check belt)...even after it has been replaced.
2. 4WD will not activate
3. The bike keeps dropping to low revs and stalling for the 1st 5minutes of using it (even when I adjust the choke)
4. Any throttle that is given and the bike backfires
5. No power output to speek off.

The major power loss and backfiring only started when I changed the transmition belt.

Can someone out there give me an idea of what may be wrong. The owner doesnt mind supplying me with parts to repair it but I am at a complete loss of what could be the problem.
