I own a 2007 525 and the temp. light keeps lighting up ten minutes after I start up.  I already had the thermostat changed 3 months after I bought it.  The next time I rode it the light still came on.  Took it back to the clowns who serviced it and they told me the fan was bad, changed that too, not to mention the fan cost 300 bucks and they would not warranty that part.  I know it is probably an electrical connection somewhere has anybody else had this problem?  The new fan does come on but the light stays on as well.  

that's polaris for ya, sell junk atv's and refuse to honor the warranty on parts or repairs.
