97 Trail Boss 250cc - Always starts first try with a little choke. After warms, runs great... Yesterday, however, cranked fine but no start. Cleaned carb, changed plug (good spark), drained gas tank and cleaned, new gas filter. No start, any ideas??? Help

Are you geting good compression? how long was it since it last ran? If it's cranking and has a spark, a stuck valve might be a source or perhaps the ignition (CDI?)

the trailboss and trail blazer lines for polaris have a nasty habit of not being kind to the piston rings.
i would suggest checking the compression, and if it is down then i would most definately purchase wiseco rings and have the cylinder honed.
