My Grizzly has never let me down, It's been taking longer & longer to crank to get it started. I have checked for spark it has been intermittent lately. I have no spark now. How do I check the stator, looks like it has 4 wires coming from it. I took the cover off today & everything looks new inside. Any other ideas? Thanks for any help!

have you checked the stator to see if there is rust on it or the contact? this will cause a weak spark.

No rust or corrosion, behind the cover looks like the day it was built, nothing out of place, all the wires look fine on the inside. How does a stator go bad if there is no moving parts? Always curious & never afraid to ask a question. How about testing the stator, how do I do that? Thanks again for any help!
