I have a 2005 yamaha blaster and it is having problems running.  I can start it up fine and it idles, but when I give it gas it just bogs out until I let off.  I thought the carburetor might have been clogged up so I took it apart, cleaned it, and that did nothing.  Changed the spark plug while I was at it and still bogs out with throttle.  

I can't seem to figure out what the problem is, so any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.  

ok normally bogging down means the fuel/air mixture is too rich.
but this may not be the case with your machine or it could be.
what all have you done to the machine? have you modified it in any way?

and if you are in the chattanooga tennessee area or close enough to it, bring it on by and i'll see if i can't get it up and running right for ya.

If necessary i have some blaster carbs here.
