Can anyone please tell me how to adjust the valves on my 2005 Polaris Sportsman? I need to know how to find tdc and the proper clearence. Thanks!  

don't have the service manual here but tdc you can find easily the old fashioned way.

remove the spark plug and move the plug wire well away from anywhere it might shock you.
put the spark plug back into the plug wire.

slowly turn the engine over while having your thumb tightly on the plug hole.
the compression will push your thumb off the hole.
and watch the spark plug, it should fire when it pushes your thumb off.
when this happens make sure the piston is all the way up in the cylinder, and hasn't gone a little past.
