Well my brake light and headlights turn on but when I hit the brake the light just stays the same and when I turn the high beams on the headlights go out. Checked the fuses up front but all look good. Any suggestion? Just got the Outlander not to long ago with no manual so I picked up a repair pro cd-rom but I don't see the oil amount listed. Any recommendations on what to run and how much to run in it? Thanks!  

could be the filament on that 1157 bulb or dual stage led have burned out leaving you with only the riding light.

or it could also be that the brake light switch is bad.  

I am going to do some wire testing I guess. Both headlights work until I turn on highbeams then headlights cut out. Brakelight is on but does not light up when I hit the brakes. The wheeler has 288 miles on it. I think there is something electrically going on. How hard is it to change out the brake light switch?
