Hi. I'm a first time poster here but have had ATVs for a few years. One of them is a 1996 Magnum 425 4x4. I recently had to remove the wheels to repaint them and when I went to reinstall, I realized that I had no idea what to torque the lug nuts. I called 3 different dealers and received 3 different answers: 1.) 30 ft-lbs for both front and rear. 2.) 35 ft-lbs front and rear. 3.) 15 ft-lbs front and 50 ft-lbs rear. I did a Google search and could not find a definitive answer.
Does anyone have a service manual for this machine and does it list the torque specs? The front lugs are 9/16" and the rears are 13/16" so I doubt that the torque specs are the same.
Thanks for your help.
John
