I have a 06 suzuki 400 and for some reason whenever i let it sit for a couple days to a month with out startin it it just clicks im pretty sure its coming from the starter relzy. i put a brand new battery in it and it did not do the clicking it just started right up no prob. My front light bulbs are broken out so i figured maybe the battery is gettin drained there....but when i went to get the battery charged it said i didnt need to? anyone have any ideas? Think i should just replace the relay?

That clicking noise does happen when the battery is dead or does not have enough juice to turn the motor over. I know my trickle charger always says that my batteries are charged even though they are not. I trickle charge them anyway. As far as why your batteries continue to go dead, I don't know. Seems you may have a problem with them not rejuicing. Do you turn your key off when you let it sit?
