Brand new 4 wheeler. 11 hours on machine. It has run great and I love the ATV. Today, I cranked it, it cranked fine but when it tries to idle it will go dead. As long as i am holding the accelerator a little it idles fine, but when I let it go, it goes dead. Please help because it would be a pain to get it back to the dealer. Thanks in advance. Also, I haven't driven it much, but the last time I put fresh gas in it was back in November.

Could be you need to tighten up the cable that goes to the trottle. trace back the cable from the trottle and you will see where the casing can be slid back to uncove the connecting nuts, etc. Tightening it might do the trick. This is the problem sometimes when an ATV or snowmobile wont idle.
Good luck, Isaac3

yeah sometimes it's hard to keep up with every atv.
check the throttle cable, but with fuel injection you run into to alot of different possibilities, and all of them expensive to repair.

Check your cable adjustment and wiring connection at the handle bars, and inside the throttle housing. Not sure about your model but most have a switch in the assembly to shut the engine down - safety
