Should the fuelcock on my atv be leaking fuel when it's on the off position?  The fuelcock attached to the bottom of my gas tank still trickles fuel when it is on the off position.  Could this be the problem as to why my carb is overflowing and leaking fuel. any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

This could be from a faulty seal where the petcock attaches to the gas tank. It's just a guess but I had the same problem, when its in the on position the gas doesn't set up as much giving it a chance get through the bad seal, yeah, just change the little gasket or whatever you want to call it and that should do it.
