hey just wondering does anybody know what would problem be if axle still spinning when brakes are on????brakes are working but not stopping quad. thanks

splines might be stripped out on the axle

yeah sounds like either the brake rotor hub has stripped the splines, or the splines on the axle that the brake hub slides onto are stripped out.
