I was wondering if anyone has an idea on how to fix broken fender ( plastic ).

there is a machine called a plastic welder. it basically melts hard plastic on the cracks.
the cheap inexpensive way is to drill a small hole at the end of the crack so it doesn't spread and then drill holes and lace it with plastic wire ties.
what atv do you have with the cracks?
Keep it RUBBER SIDE DOWN!!
