pull the red plug and turn the wheel there are two adjusters on the bottom just like on a car with drum brakeS.
one adjuster on each side of the wheel cylinder.

you just need a flat screwdriver to lever the adjuster and turn it.
if i recall correctly you lever up. (put the screw driver under the adjuster wheel and push down on the screwdriver handle.

jack it up and adjust it and turn the wheel.
once the brake shoes start to grab and slow the wheel from turning freely back it off a ***

do both sides then ride it in dirt and test the brakes, make sure one wheel isn't locking up faster than the other.

Thanks wolf1 for the help with the brake adjustments but I have a new problem with them. When I adjusted them when we talked before they worked good when I did it. After riding it for a day they went completly out again. I adjusted them again and the same thing happened. They worked good but only lasted for a little while. I took the drum off and cleaned them all up and the adjusters will turn freely. Should they have a clik or are they just free turning. They act like they are bleeding off but have checked for leaks and cant find any and have not missed any fluid in the resevoure. Are they supposed to be clickers on the adjusters and if there is can you buy them seperate from the sylenders because they may be rusted off but cant tell.
