well i was able to ride it, but  when trying to start it again its like i am getting  very little juice to the starter, and the starter hesitates as well... when i try to start it the neutral light and the back tail light  dims down...  I think that  the starter is not  good or theres a bad wire leading to the starter and its not getting a lot of  juice  

you are right.  either a bad connection or the starter is wearing out.

the light should dim a little, does it start fine while boosting it off?

did you change the battery?

try running a test wire from the battery to the positive post on the starter.
if the starter turns better then most likely is the connection.

if not then you'll know the starter is getting weak.  

yea it starts fine  the 1st few starts, but then after awhile it  drags .. i am just hoping its a just a connection problem... yes i have replaced the battery as well.. thanks will look into those possibilities.
