I just puchased a 250 mojave its a great bike however being used it has a few problems. when we got it starting had been an isue just kick kick kick and nothing. Pull starting worked and when it was hot it started up fine. We had a problem on the first ride with the oil seal on the water pump and lost all the coolant into the oil and the oil went to foam junk. (fix the seal)After check the head compresion and getting all the old foamy oil out we tried ti ride agian and now its evan worse. so im thinking that sludge is in the carb but i cleaned it had the crank case off both sides no odd wear on any gears and when the plug is out you can turn the motor over with a little force.

any suggestions
