i doing that exact thing right now with a hi bird qh110st that burned the clutch out hill climbing, the quad was only 2 days old when the clutch went out, the clutch is on the right side, what you need to do is remove the cover, you'll see it then it sits right in the middle of the case, then remove the clutch arm, it's connects the shifter to the clutch,it just slides on and off, then remove the 4 screws that hold the center bolt cover on, once this cover removed then bend back the lock tab, this lock tab holds the nut to keep it from turning. then you will eaither need to make a tool to remove the clutch nut, buy one, or use a punch and hammer to remove this nut, i made one out of a socket. once this nut off then just slide the clutch off. to replace the clutch should take about an hour or so if you already have the parts. if you need more information you can e-mail me billl2099@hotmail.com or send me a PM
