Hi thinking of buying a quad . I live in the canary islands and there is or was a honda trx450r for sale and a raptor 660. Which is best they are both 2005 models the honda is 2600€ ,raptor 5000€. Which is fastest,safest, most reliable etc etc Any info you think  I need.
I will be using it 60%/40% on the road. The road being the 60% side.

I will consider going to mainland Spain If I have too but the costs(imports/taxes ferry etc) will be far greater so if you have any other options on other quads that are worth looking at let me know please. (as there is a vast amount of options there)  

actually either.  the raptor will be a little faster than the 450r but the 450r is pretty fast in it's own rights.

man it would be sweet to be able to ride on the roads here.

both the honda and the yamaha are sturdy reliable machines.
just make sure being that they are older machines that the previous owner didn't wear them out.
