Why am I getting large amounts of motor oil in my air intake? I clean it out and then it comes back the next time I ride. I get about a pint from my breather after a 3 hour ride.

i think that thing has the 42 mm mikuni carb on it standard.
there are a few different reasons this can happen.
a broken cylinder skirt allowing the oil to be sucked up from the crankcase as the piston goes up.
too much backpressure from the exhaust causing it to blow back into the carb.
warped valves or bad valve stems that allow it to leak into the cylinder and drain back into the carb and to the air filter.
probably the simplest way to check this would be to remove the carb and the intake boot, turn the engine over with the fuel off, and see if the oil is coming from the top of the piston or from underneath it.
if from underneath it then you most likely have a broken cylinder skirt.
if from the top, then with the carb still off, remove the exhaust from the cylinder and turn it over again and see if you are still getting oil (you may have to turn it over a bit to get the excess that is already there out. but if it stops pulling excess oil into the cylinder, then you know the exhaust is bad.
if not then you are going to have to tear the head apart and look at replacing the valves.
a pint is quite a lot, so I would have lean toward a broken cylinder skirt.
