so far as i know there isn't a service manual.

the clutches should under the right side cover.

if you'll get the clutches and send a few pics with the side cover off i should be able to talk you through replacing them.

I have a taotao 110cc.  The first clutch burnt out on it.
I replaced the clutch, with very little forward movement.
It flies backward though.  I heard that an adjustment can be made on the slotted bolt on the clutch side.  If so, how should I.  Start all the way in and out a turn or what?  Any help would be great.  Thanks.

it's pretty simple on most models turning it to the right increases play, and to the left decreases it.

if you turn it and decrease the amount of play you'll get to a point where it doesn't clutch.
it increase the play then it takes more throttle to get it to move.

too much play and you can burn the clutches out.
use your best judgement.
ideally you want it to where it will sit still and idle but takes very little throttle for it to begin to engage and move forward.
