06 yfz starting problems

Quad has been sitting for last 10 months and the battery had to be replaced. When i go to start it now the starter relay just buzzes but wont crank over. Battery is fully charged...Any suggestions?

relay could be bad,
you could try crossing the two posts on the solenoid.
use a screw driver with the ignition key off of course.
the worst case scenario is that the rings have rusted to the cylinder.
you could also try rolling it off to see if the rings are stuck.
Keep it RUBBER SIDE DOWN!!
