Hey, anyone have any ideas on how to keep mice out of my quad? I just got an 05 king quad this summer, it's in great shape and I really enjoy it. I store it in my shed and already the mice seem to really like it ! Thanks, Coop

Go to any housewares store and pick up a stainless steel strainer. Cut the mesh to cover the snorkel and zip tie it on.

I had the same problem, rivet some wire mesh over the opening but make sure it is not too fine as it may allow some air flow problems or blockage. Check your belt housing vent hole as well if you have one.

keep the mice out of your shed, moth balls work great, traps, etc...

you could put steel wool in the inlet, the mice can't eat through it. but you would have to remove it before riding.

I know this sounds kookie, But I have about 3 rubber snakes. I lay one on each of the quads foot boards and 1 along the door. I move them around every once in a while. So far no mice problems. Good luck !!
