Check the wiring for the switch, it could either be shorted out or a loose connection.

Also to note the switches i have found on the chinese atv's are not really built to last. the most basic of designs they are a plastic cover, a spring and a contact pin and a small contact pad.

if the pin falls out or turns sideways then you lose contact with the pad. you can remedy this by purchasing a spring loaded intermittent switch from your local auto parts store and bypassing the thumb szwitch. just make sure it's not a high ohm switch or it will soak up alot of the batterys' power and not start very well.

the wheels should be tight, if they wobble they will wear out both the wheel nut and the axle.
eventually they will fall off, and man the wreck caused by that is pretty painful.

remove the cotter pins, tighten the wheel nuts and reinstall the cotter pins.

check all of the bolts on the front end.  geeze check all of the bolts.

the propblemn lies with the dealer paying someone to put them together when they get them in.

alot of the people who put them together don't normally do a great job. some do but if the wheels are wobbling there's a good chance they didn't.

also get a grease gun and lube every grease fitting well.  make sure the brake caliper(s) are on tightly.

oh and you should find that the power wire for the start button should run to the cdi box so look for the same wire you have at the start button at the cdi box.

I have a spare ingition switch if you need one.

on mine, to start you have to:
1) turn on the ignition key switch
2) disable the kill switch (a toggle switch)
3) depress a brake (enables the brake switch)
4) press the start switch
