05 raptor 660 just bought new lrd full exhaust was wondering where to start as far as rejetting goes reply here or can email suthrnpride56@yahoo.com

well first things first, get the exhaust on and see if it cuts out at top end, if it is cutting out severely, then you should probably go up 2 sizes.
if it is mild then up one.
you'll still need to retune the carb a bit once you get it jetted.
but get to that point and post back and i'll be glad to try to talk you through it.
the dealer can actually sell you a rejet kit with more than one set of jets.
so you can customize it.
they run about $60.00 here.
