Does anyone know how to adjust the carb on 250cc water cooled tao tao?  After I start it and let it run for a while I try to go and it seems like it wants to bog down.  It seems like it's sucking hard to get more gas when you first start off.  It doesn't seem like it is getting enough gas when you first start to go.

you should have a fuel/air mixture screw, and an idle screw on the carb.

the idle screw most likely has a spring on it.

mark where the fuel/air mixture screw is set with a marker.

if it isn't getting enough fuel you'll need to turn the screw to the left in 1/4 turn increments.
let it run for a few minutes then try the throttle see if it bogs down. if no change or change isn't enough try another 1/4 turn.. just keep up with how many 1/4 turns you make so you can get it back to where it was
this will add fuel to it.

if it is getting too much fuel then turn it to the right
then try 1/4 turns to the right.

however normally when it bogs down it's normally a sign that it's getting too much fuel
if it cuts out then it is normally a sign that it is getting too much air.  

My Question on the carb is the screw on the front of it where you need  tiny hands to get to. Cause my atv which i am having problems   when i release the clutch and give gas it just dies, it idles well in neutral, but it dies when i  start to move you can here it  dying when i release the clutch slowly
