Dead New Battery did not do it

I have a 1996 Suzuki King Quad with 2000 miles. New battery and still nothing. Even when trying to jump it off no lights at all. Have tried everything I can think of can somebody think of any thing. If so plz contact me at kqfalcon@yahoo.com

no lights at any time??
you have a dead short somewhere most likely check all fusable links and wire connections.
make sure they are dry and clean with no corrosion.
and all fuses if you haven't already
Keep it RUBBER SIDE DOWN!!
