Quadrunner won't start

Hi y'all, new member and needing your assistance.  I wrecked my Suzuki 230cc Quadrunner deer hunting and had to replace the handle bars.  It would run wide open after the wreck, but after replacing the bars it won't start.  It's getting a good spark and I replace the plug.  It seems to be getting gas to the cylinder.  I can't figure it out and noone else I know seems to be able to figure it out.

Thanks in advance,

Will

This might be a dumb idea since I haven't seen a 230 first hand, but since you're getting gas flow and a spark and the only change has been a set of bars...

What about the kill switch? Or the on/off switch? Is it attached correctly? That's where I'd look before heading to a dealer and paying someone to tell you it's in the OFF position or something like that.
