I am being accused of knocking over a Yamaha Kodiak 400 with my Honda 200X 3-Wheeler. This is not what happened and I need to find out if this is even possible. Because I've owned both types of ATV's I don't believe it is. The other guy is saying he pulled in front of me, I accellerated into his side and knocked him over. But he is also saying there was no damage to the side where I supposedly hit him nor to his leg. If this sounds impossible how can I leagally prove it.

Why do you even need to prove anything? Are you being sued? If there is not any damage or injury what's the problem?

if you had hit him hard enough to turn his atv over there really should be some damage to his.
also if he pulled in front of you wouldn't it be his fault?
sounds like he rolled it and rather than admit he couldn't handle it he blamed someone else.

well there is nothing he can do to you for one he has no evidence showing damage. Also it won't stand if he takes you to court because there is no police report ....or is there. Also like Wolf1 said if the guy did pull out in front of you it is his fault. Is this guy sueing you for this??
