Never even heard of that brand. They appear to be a Taiwanese company. According to adlymoto.com they are made under the name Her Chee Industrial *** Ltd. Their web site only includes a phone number for sales in USA. There is nothing at all about their web site about where to buy parts or a manual.
Is there some guy on the side of the road under a tent selling them, or are they in an auto parts store?
If you think you can get parts for something like that without having to run up your phone bill with international calls chasing down someone on the other side of the world who doesn't even speak English, only to find out that the part you need is on permanent backorder, go ahead.
Otherwise, make sure you know someone who is a machinist, because you're going to be making your own parts and gaskets.
In other words, it's not as good a deal as you think it is, and unless I was getting the thing brand new for $149 and rode it about 5 times and it broke and I threw the whole thing in the dumpster and felt like I got my money's worth out of it, no, I would not buy one. Otherwise, you'll end up with an expensive paperweight in your garage.
