Good battery, changed starter soleniod, is there a "circuit breaker" like the owner's manual says? If so where is it? Any other suggestions?

The circuit breakers are on the harness in a black pouch. You will have to check for continuity where it connects to the harness. Another thing to check is your brake switch.
