2005 VINSON AUTOMATIC, JUST BOUGHT THIS A WEEK AGO,FIRST AUTOMATIC WHEN I GO DOWN HILL AND HIT MY BRAKES WHEELS SLIDE AND IT MAKES A CLICKING NOISE AROUND THE DRIVE BELT AREA, IS THIS NORMAL? ALSO MOUNTED A MOOSE BUMPER ON REAR AND THE EXHAUST COMING OUT HITS THE BUMPER AND MAKES IT SOUND ALOT LOUDER WHAT CAN I DO TO DIRECT THE EXHAUST DIFFERNT WAY? HAS ANYONE HAD THESE PROBLEMS??? THANKS, HUTCH P.S. HAS ANYONE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE VINSON 500 AUTO.

"03 Vinson here. The "chattering" is normal on down hills. Lightly ride the back brakes while use the fronts if this bothers you, as it seems to quiet the noise. As for the exhaust/ muffler noise-try using a short, curved piece of pipe-stainless, preferably, with 2 set screws, and slip it over you existing muffler outlet-turned down-and lock it on. That should rid you or the "motorboat" exhaust note. No problems here, other than my coil wire vibrating(?) off.
