my friends... i,m looking for a utility atv to use on the deer lease for preparing  food plots...hauling feed to the feeders...wood for the camp fire...fence repairing projects...will not be ridden as a sport machine.i want a 500cc or more water cooled engine...manually-shifted 5 speed real transmission...must have a high low range...double a-arm front suspension...solid swingarm rear suspension...disk brakes front and rear...also i want a dump bed to haul 500lbs are more...also need a front locker diff...the only machine with all these requirements is the bombardier traxter XL...have any of the you had any experience with this machine???cp

Sounds like with all the criteria you have outlined, the bomb was made for you. I have not rode one of these machines, but I have seen a lot more Bombardier's out on the trails. The only other machine I've seen with a dump bed is from Polaris? (I think)? You need to check out your local dealerships. Let me know what you find out, and what you end up with.

my friend...after riding every 500cc -700cc made...the bombardier traxter XL is my choice...i found a 2002 model still in the crate here in my home town dealer's inventory...$5200.00 with a new warranty...this beats the $7200.00- 2004 price...i'm happy ...cp

AT ONE POINT WE HAD TO REDO THE CVT SYSTEM MOST OF WHAT WE NEEDED WAS BOUGHT IN A BEARING STORE
WE REPLACED THE TEFLON WITH OIL LITE BY MACINING AND
PRESSING IN BUSHINGS
OTHER THAN THAT ITS BEEN GOOD AND NO SIGN OF DIEING ANY TIME SOON
