what the bore x stroke mean?  

Bore is a measurement of the diameter of the cylinder, while stroke is the distance that the piston moves up and down in the cylinder. Changing the ratio of bore tostroke changes the characterisitics of how a motor will make power. Generally speaking a longer stroke (undersquare) will give a better bottom end response, while a bigger bore (oversquare) will allow the motor to rev out better.
