I think that polaris should make it so there ebs is applyed to all 4 wheels on there sportsmans in order to make them safer going down steep hills.all the other 4 wheel drive machines have it so all 4 wheels are part of the ebs and not just the rear wheels like the sportsman .Im used to hondas and now i own a polaris Ive had some close calls on my polaris going down hills that my honda would take with ease.Anyone else have this problem.

well your honda was in 4x4 and your 700 wasnt
think about this stuff man i havent been looking around at quads for a few months now.
its so commonsence tho.
and who the hell really needs EBS? you have brakes dont you? figure out how you control your atv and you wont need to ask a 16 year old to tell you how to run your ####.

I hate to be an echo, but 'blazer' is correct. Quads have different personalities, just like people, and you learn to deal with the one(s) that you are around. EBS is o.k., but not necessary. I rode the old Pol's with NO EBS, and simply used the brakes. But, if it's that big of an issue, divorce.....er.......break-up with.......er.......sell the damned thing!
Be careful.

I have both polaris with EBS and with out EBS is nice in ways the only time I have had a issue with it has been on a realy step grade that is cover with leave or pine needles but all you do is press the over ride button witch will lock in the 4wheel drive or you treat like a polaris with out EBS you just keep touching the gas to keep the clutch locked in as you go down.Remember polaris 4 wheel drive is not like the rest it not in untill the rear wheels slip the the front wheels lock in.
