Hi, I'm new to this forum and would like to ask for advice.
I have a 12 year old girl who rides a 50cc yamaha sport atv. She's had it awhile. Would she be able to handle a 300cc atv? I'm looking at either the Honda trx300ex or the Yamaha Raptor 250/350. She's 5'4" tall. We can't purchase an ATV often, so this next one will have to last her until she's 18. That's my reason for wanting something big enough for a grown up. She's a good rider.
Thanks

I think she can handle it if she's been riding a while. I'm a 16 year old girl and I learned on a Raptor 350. I loved that quad. She should be able to handle it fine especially if she's a good rider!!

well i started my boys out on 110cc fusions, then moved them to a honda fourtrax 250cc and a honda 300 fourtrax. just teach em to bail if it rolls. you don't want all that weight on top of them. my boys rode very well on the 250 and the 300. they now have yamaha blasters which are faster with only 200cc's than the honda 300 fourtrax was. just make sure they learn good habits to riding and they can ride anything!!!
