I have a 2003 Yamaha Kodiak 450. Can any one tell me how to change the speedo and odometer to mph and miles......mine is on kilometers and can't get it to change ?

My 2006 Kodiak owners manual says to hold in the trip/odo button while turning the key on will change it from kmh to mph.
